Return Policy

1. Any physical item can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Contact us for instructions on how to return an item. Unless the item if physically defective (e.g. a DVD does not function), you must pay the return shipping. Your purchase price will be refunded, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

2. If a digital item does not work, it can be returned. This requires video proof (e.g. from a cell phone video) that the digital item is not working.

3. Items sold by third parties, such as Amazon, are governed by their return policies, not ours.
